All returns require a return authorization number. Please contact our customer care department. No returns accepted after 30 days of sale date. Returns received after 30 days will be refused and returned to you.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund less shipping charges and a $2.50 handling fee.
Due to the nature of skincare and hair care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
Please make your selections carefully. Any merchandise returned that is opened, sprayed, damaged or not in its original condition or packaging is subject to a 50% restock fee or may be returned to you at our option.
Return shipping cost is your responsibility and will not be refunded. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.
Refused, Unclaimed or otherwise undeliverable items are subject to a minimum service charge of $5.99 or actual shipping cost.

It is strongly suggested that your return be sent VIA a traceable insured delivery service. (USPS, UPS, Fedex). Item received not in their original condition or broken will not be considered for credit. Upon request these items will be returned at your expense.

CANCELLATIONS:

CLAIMS:
Claims for non receipt or incorrect items must be received within 14 days of order date. Claims for damaged products must be received within 3 business days of receipt. Please save original delivery package as it may have to be inspected by the Carrier.
